It would only be the slightest of exaggerations to say that with the End of Course Reporting module Martin Sanders and AXIS Strategy Consultants have revolutionised both the quality of service we offer our clients and also our own business efficiency.

Beforehand doing course reports was tedious and time consuming for the teachers and administrative staff alike. Getting consistently good reports in French was a near impossibility and we were invariably later than we should have been. It has always been an Achilles heel with our clients.

Now the teachers don't need to know any French at all and what they also like is that they can do their reports in just a few minutes, either at home via the Internet, or in the office. Checking the reports takes literally just a minute or two and there are now absolutely no corrections to do so our administration staff are delighted. It means that we have freed up valuable extra resources for the business.

Perhaps most important of all, the quality of the reports which our client Training Managers see are now superb. Not only that, but as the delivery is electronic it is much much quicker, a lot more flexible and does away with some of paper that Training Managers often seem to hate so much. Another bonus is that as the Training Managers access their reports through our website they have our name presented to them much more often, which in turn gives us valuable new promotional opportunities.

AAA Présentations purchased the ManageAll administration system for the language training arm of our business in early 2001. We have since worked with AXIS Strategy Consultants to develop this application into a company-wide software system integrating our other business areas, those of translation and multi-media training.

New modules have been successfully designed and implemented, in particular to handle the monthly transfer of invoices to our pre-existing accounting package, to facilitate the prospecting of clients and to manage our company profit-sharing scheme.
